Merrill Lynch Goes Bowling to Strike Out Diabetes!

in

Thirty Merrill Lynch employees from Allentown, Bethlehem, Scranton, State College, Wilkes Barre, and Williamsport converged in State College on March 26th to strike out type one diabetes (T1D).  The group bowled for a cure at Northland bowl to raise money for T1D research and support the Central PA T1D community.

Organized by Matthew Shetler of the State College Merrill Lynch office, the event brought together employees for a fun event that also supported the local community. Strikes, spares, and good times were had by all who attended.

Every donation made by a Merrill Lynch employee is matched by the company. So far the 30 bowlers have raised raised $5,665 – and more is rolling in!

Thank you, Merrill Lynch, for helping JDRF turn type one into type none.
