Learn how to empower your teen and work towards independent diabetes management. Parents and teens with type 1 diabetes (T1D) are encouraged to join our social event to help young adults transition towards ownership of diabetes management, education and healthcare. Help teens build the skills earlier! Parent & teen breakout sessions!
