The Kids Walk to Cure Diabetes Program is an educational in-school fundraising program with the goal of educating kids about type 1 diabetes and type 2 diabetes and providing the kids with the opportunity to make a difference.  Our program helps to foster an environment of positive community service, teach empathy and raise awareness.

We have an incentive to keep this season’s series of Kids Walks strolling along!  By November 1^st, reach out to CarlaAnn Henry, Outreach Manager, at chenry@jdrf.org with the name of the school and contact information for your school (elementary or middle school) that will host a JDRF Kids Walk on campus.  For each school you recommend, your name will be entered into a drawing for a Dansko gift certificate!
