Fund A Cure immediately follows the Live Auction portion of the evening. Fund A Cure is an opportunity to make an impact on the lives of people living with T1D and their loved ones through a 100% tax-deductible donation, which will accelerate life-changing research. Fund A Cure donations will be invested in JDRF’s effective and focused research agenda aimed to progressively remove the impact of T1D from people’s lives until there is a cure.Donate

Join us for “A Night in Casablanca” at the JDRF Hope Gala Presented by Kiddar Capital on Saturday, November 4, 2017 at the National Building Museum to honor Children’s National Medical Center and Kurt D. Newman, M.D. “A Night in Casablanca” will be an extraordinary evening with dinner, fast-paced auctions, and live entertainment followed by an exclusive after party. The timeless Hollywood theme will transport you to the 1940s Morocco of Humphrey Bogart, Ingrid Bergman, and Rick’s Café – “the beginning of a beautiful friendship” with JDRF and the millions of lives the organization impacts every day.
Please join in our efforts as we work to raise $3M for type 1 diabetes (T1D) research.
The mission of JDRF is to progressively reduce the impact of T1D on people’s lives until we achieve a world without the disease. JDRF’s funding and leadership have led to most major scientific breakthroughs in T1D research to date. Based on financial efficiency, Forbes rated JDRF as one of the top five all-star charities worthy of your support. Monumental advances continue to be made that will lead us to a cure, but there is still work to be done.
