JDRF’s 14^th Annual Imagine Gala will honor Max Harris, son of philanthropist, T1D advocate and music producer, James “Jimmy Jam” and Lisa Harris. Max and the Harris family are supported by the “Friends of Max” Honorary Dinner Chairs including Michael Jordan, Janet Jackson, Wayne Gretzky, LA Reid, Bruno Mars, Sugar Ray Leonard, Kevin Garnett, Doc Rivers, Samuel L. Jackson, Chance the Rapper, and Magic Johnson. JDRF will also posthumously honor Rabbi Harvey J. Fields who presided over Los Angeles’ oldest synagogue, Wilshire Boulevard Temple for 18 years, and had T1D since the age of 16.
