$20 per family
*immediate family only/payment must be received by August 1st to JDRF office
*Tickets are non-refundable
*Mail check to JDRF-Woodchucks, 1800 Appleton Road, Suite 2, Menasha, WI 54952
Includes: Tickets to the game, Hotdogs, Sodas, & Woodchucks Hats
*Tickets will be given out from 5:00-6:30 at the JDRF Tent by the Main Gate
