Ready, Set, RIDE!

Are you preparing for one of the upcoming JDRF Ride events, or are you interested in cycling with a group of bike friendly and dedicated riders? Join us in a series of practice rides from May through August!  All rides begin at 9:00 a.m. and conclude by noon, covering 25-30 miles along the American River. The trail embarks from the Gold River Bel Air at 2155 Golden Centre Ln, Gold River, CA 95670.

The rides will take place on Saturday May 5th and 19th, June 9th and 23rd, July 28th, and August 18th and 25th. Ride Coach Steve Meece is available for all training rides offering helpful tips for a great experience.  Steve has served as Chapter Ride coach since 2012 and participated on JDRF Rides in Tahoe, Death Valley, and Amelia Island. He is certified through USA Cycling and First Aid/ CPR trained. Our thanks to Coach Steve and Ride Ambassador Jen Dole for organizing these events!
