Please join us for the JDRF Northern CA Inland Chapter Annual Meeting on
Wednesday, June 13, 2018, 6:00 PM at Sutter Medical Center in Sacramento. 

This year we are excited to feature the T1D Connections Program and panel discussion facilitated by Board Member and Outreach Chair, Clara Lee, with Geneva Foncannon, RD, CDE with Sutter Health Pediatric & Endocrinology Nutrition Services (PENS); Lourdes Lem, a JDRF Outreach Volunteer with over 10 years of experience and Vanessa Swank, recipient of a JDRF Bag of Hope when her daughter Abigail was diagnosed with T1D in 2014.  We will also share the latest chapter updates, honor our amazing supporters, and celebrate the successes of the year!

Food will be provided by Dos Coyotes.  Business casual attire.  Open to all JDRF supporters.
