The JDRF T1D Connections Program matches newly diagnosed individuals, parents and families with others who have lived with type 1 diabetes (T1D) for years. JDRF Outreach Volunteers are the voices of experience and hope for those facing the challenge of learning to manage the new normal of T1D, or those transitioning to a new life stage with T1D. If you are interested in becoming an Outreach Volunteer, or if you would like to be connected with a JDRF Outreach Volunteer, please contact Kelli Raleigh at Kraleigh@jdrf.org or by calling 303-209-7719 for more information. We will be offering two Outreach Volunteer training and certification courses in the coming weeks. The first on Saturday January 13th, 2018 from 9:30am – 12:00pm and another on Wednesday January 17th, 2018 from 5:30pm-8:00pm.
