Enjoy a full day of inspirational and educational activities lead by national and local experts to help you and your loved ones better manage life with type 1 diabetes (T1D). Network with others and visit our Wellness Area, featuring diabetes devices, resources, and other summit supporters. All those impacted by T1D are welcome to attend. Since the morning TypeOneNation breakout sessions and PEAK for T1D Patients run side-by-side, attendees are required to pick ONE. Click the button below to register for TypeOneNation. PEAK for T1D Patients

New in 2017:

The JDRF Performance in Exercise and Knowledge (PEAK) program is an innovative, unique outreach initiative to help increase education on effective management of physical activity for individuals with T1D. Its goal is to break new ground in supporting safe, informed exercise within the T1D community.  The JDRF PEAK program is available to anyone with T1D – both those who exercise or wish to begin to exercise, as well as their caregivers.
