Walk to Cure Diabetes

We greatly appreciate your support of JDRF's mission. Please consider the prizes on the following pages a small token of our appreciation for your efforts to raise the money that JDRF needs to find a cure for diabetes.

There are six levels of prizes available from the JDRF Walk to Cure Diabetes. The more money you raise, the higher level prize you can earn. Every walker raising a minimum of $100 receives a JDRF Walk to Cure Diabetes T-shirt at the walk. The six levels in this program represent prizes for raising a minimum of $200. Approximately 10 weeks after the Walk individuals will receive their prize in the mail. Make sure you register at www.JDRF.org to start your fundraising.

$200 - $499: JDRF Umbrella A red, vented, automatic open umbrella with fiberglass ribs and a wood handle has a 43 arc and will not invert in wind gusts up to 30 miles per hour.
$500 - $749: Long Sleeve Denim Shirt A 6.5 oz., 100% cotton denim, stone washed, double needle stitched button down shirt with a collar patch pocket, black pleat, button through sleeve placket and adjustable cuffs.
$750 - $999: Reversible Vest A Terra Tek nylon vest reverses to 13 oz that has a fleece front and back vents with Velcro closures and an elastic bottom. The nylon side is double stitched and has zippered slash pockets and the fleece side has side seam pockets.
$1,000 - $2,499: L.L.Bean Embroidered Carryall Overnight Tote
$2,500 - $4,999: iPod ® shuffle
$5,000 : iPod ® nano
