Our annual Peace Love Cure event raised over $25,000 for T1D research on July 18, 2017!

One hundred attendees from Westchester and Fairfield Counties took part in tennis matches, yoga instruction by Debbie Zimmerman, FitWalk by Tracey Gerety, and poolside relaxation to help find a cure for T1D.

The event was held at Fairview Country Club in Greenwich, CT for the first time since starting in 2013. The charitable women ended the hot day with lunch, speeches by JDRF National board member Emily Rapp and Fund A Cure’s Anastasia Brien, and a performance by Last Comic Standing’s Corey Kahaney.

The Peace Love Cure committee and JDRF would like to thank our event’s sponsors: Mercedes Benz of White Plains and Neiman Marcus of the Westchester Mall who provided goodie bags for attendees.ur annual Peace Love Cure is approaching and we are looking for a wonderful day of Fun Fitness and Friends for a cure. This signature event hosts an array of activities including, Yoga, Tennis and Fitwalk. Guests also have the option of soaking up the sun by the pool! Another portion of the event includes the raffle that event boasts wonderful packages this year for every attendee
