The JDRF Western Wisconsin Chapter is busy preparing for the 20th Anniversary JDRF Spring Gala and we need YOUR help! We are looking for photos of individuals with type 1 diabetes (T1D) to help create something special for the event. These pictures can showcase the T1D in your life doing something they love (i.e. basketball, reading, acting), a school picture, or a photo of your entire family.  Both adults and children with T1D are encouraged to send in photos!

When sending in your picture, please include the following:

• Your name and/or the name of the individual with T1D
• Date of diagnosis
• Current age
