The 2018 JDRF La Crosse Winter Gala was an incredible night filled with laughter, joy, and hope for a cure for type 1 diabetes (T1D). More than 270 guests attended this year’s event at the Waterfront Restaurant & Tavern, one of the highest attendances in the Gala’s history! Together, these individuals came together to raise an incredible $116,000 for T1D research.

One of the highlights of the evening was hearing from the Fund A Cure speaker, Addy. Addy was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes a little less than two years ago. If you were unable to attend the Gala, but want to hear Addy’s story, check out this video!
