Interested in learning about the latest and greatest in type 1 diabetes (T1D) research? Join us for an informational gathering where we will dive into the research that JDRF funds to accelerate life-changing breakthroughs to cure, prevent, and treat T1D and its complications. Yolanda Fintschenko, Ph.D., JDRF Greater Bay Area Research Information Volunteer, will present an overview of JDRF’s seven areas of research: Artificial Pancreas, Beta Cell Replacement, Immunotherapies, Glucose Control, Prevention, Beta Cell Regeneration, and Complications.
