Progress in type 1 diabetes research happens on so many fronts that sometimes you have to pause to appreciate the whole picture. In January, a group of dedicated JDRF supporters and preeminent T1D scientists did just that at JDRF 2018 Mission Summit in San Francisco, California. JDRF President and CEO Derek K. Rapp spoke to the gathering about the vast scope of JDRF’s impact on type 1 diabetes research.
