The JDRF Capital and Maryland chapters cordially invite you to join other individuals, families, and caregivers affected by type 1 diabetes (T1D) at all life stages for a day of education and connection at the 2019 TypeOneNation Summit. Talk to experts about research advances, meet with other attendees to exchange ideas, and participate in discussions important to you.

Children ages 5-18 may join the Youth Program and enjoy activities and educational programming throughout the day. Children will be divided into age groups (age 5-8, 9-12, and 13-18) at the event.

The Vendor Hall, showcasing the latest in diabetes management tools and technology, local support and educational resources, and diabetes camps, will be open all day. In addition, TrialNet will be on-site conducting screenings. Please visit their table in the Vendor Hall for more information or to sign up for a screening time.

Newly diagnosed? Visit our Newly Diagnosed Welcome Center at the Summit to connect in an informal setting with other adults and parents of children with T1D as well as JDRF chapter staff and board members.
