Children’s National Health System and JDRF invite high school students living with type 1 diabetes and their caregivers to learn about the many facets of the “teen transition years,” including going off to college and transitioning from pediatric to adult diabetes care. Young adults who are currently in college or preparing for adult diabetes care may also find this program valuable.
