JDRF’s Coastal Carolina Branch is pleased to announce a special acoustic set by Ken Block and Drew Copeland of Sister Hazel at the 2015 Wilmington Hope Gala on Saturday, May 16, 2015.

Sister Hazel is an alternative rock band from Gainesville, Florida, whose style also blends elements of folk rock, pop, classic rock ‘n’ roll and southern rock. Their music is characterized by highly melodic tunes and prominent harmonies. Their biggest hit, “All for You” was #1 on the Billboard Contemporary Chart in 1998.

Ken Block is a songwriter, guitarist and lead singer of the band and Andrew “Drew” Copeland plays baritone, rhythm and acoustic guitar, and sings lead and background vocals for the band.

Ken and Drew unique vocal and musical stylings are the essence of the many great hits that Sister Hazel has produced over the past 20 years. Their acoustic duo set is a special opportunity to enjoy these and other songs in a unique setting.
