The JDRF Youth Ambassador program is a critical part of JDRF spreading the word about our mission to cure type 1 diabetes and improve the lives of those living with it. It’s also fantastic way to encourage children to own their disease, help raise awareness in our community and make friends who also live with type 1 diabetes (T1D). This leadership program gives youth, from age 6-18, the tools and opportunities to share about what living with T1D is like with local business, philanthropy partners and the type 1 community. Our annual training for the Youth Ambassador program is coming up on January 26, 2:00 – 4:00. To find out more or sign your child up, please reach out to the Community Engagement Manager, Tanya Conovaloff at firstname.lastname@example.org. Don’t miss out on this special day!
