We would like to make a very special JDRF One Walk announcement:
We want YOU to be a V1P! What does that mean? Any individual walker who raises $1000 by Walk Day will be a V1P. You will get a lanyard that recognizes you as a V1P! You will and one guest will be allowed to enter the V1P tent on the morning of the walk for a special breakfast just for you. Each V1P will receive a goody bag filled with fun items and a pair of Designer Sunglasses (this perk is JUST for the V1P). And there’s more!!!
Fort Worth JDRF One Walk welcomes Lauri and Rusty Greer (former Texas Ranger / Ranger Hall of Famer) to be the 2019 Fort Worth JDRF One Walk V1P Chairs. Lauri and Rusty’s son, Mason, lives with T1D and is a Freshman at Auburn this year. Rusty will be in the V1P tent to meet and greet all walk participants who have raised $1000 or more. Floyd’s Campaign:
Throughout August, customers will have the opportunity to purchase a Floyd’s 99 Barbershop value book for a $5 donation to JDRF. The coupons in the value book are valid 9/1/2019 – 10/31/2019. Value books can be purchased in stores or online. In addition, many Floyd’s 99 shops will be utilizing JDRF paper sneakers to collect donations in smaller amounts. Any client who donates less than $5 will be able to fill out a JDRF sneaker for display.
