Help Stuff Bags of Hope!

We Need You!

Do you have a heart for newly diagnosed families and wish to help them during the that difficult time?  We are looking to train additional JDRF T1D Connections Program Outreach Volunteers throughout Georgia.  As an Outreach Volunteer you will play the lead role in building relationships with newly diagnosed families/individuals – welcoming, supporting, guiding, and connecting them to the larger T1D community and JDRF. In this role, the volunteer is a support, educator, and connector as well as a steward of what will hopefully become a dedicated relationship between the newly diagnosed and JDRF. North Metro ATL – Forsyth/Cherokee/Hall

South Metro ATL – Peachtree City/Fayetteville/McDonough

Valdosta/South GA
