Faces of Diabetes- Hailey
November is National Diabetes Awareness Month! During the month of November, we’ll be featuring “Faces of Diabetes”, stories of our loved ones living with Type 1 Diabetes.
Today, we share the story of Hailey:
Hailey is a 9 year old girl in the 4th grade, diagnosed at 7 years old. She loves art and music and loves to learn new things at school. Hailey has played tennis since she was 4 years old and now also plays softball, basketball and golf. Her motto is “absolutely sure we’re gonna find a cure.”
