The JDRF Greater Delaware Valley One Dream Event will be an unforgettable evening uniting our type 1 diabetes community to share progress made, celebrate this community’s philanthropic spirit and remind the world that we’re not backing down until we cure this disease.

With over 30 chapters across the U.S., JDRF’s supporters are the reason we are the leading funder of type 1 diabetes research. Whether you represent JDRF in San Francisco, Des Moines, New York City or Tallahassee, you create the impact that ensures significant research progress, clinical trials to deliver new therapies and an unstoppable platform to advocate for the T1D community.

Today, we are living with an unexpected moment in the health of our country. COVID-19 is changing our world. The pandemic and the economic downturn are evolving and is already severely impacting non-profit organizations such as ours. We know our financial outlook is in jeopardy as this crisis has upended the lives of so many and their ability and timing to contribute to JDRF‘s spring fundraising events. Our mission to the T1D community must continue though. Halting the progress of the past few years because of the COVID-19 crisis will be devastating to all who rely on and partner with us.

We are asking our supporters, who are able, to help us so we can continue to support essential research. Community support now, more than ever, will allow us to keep the mission moving forward so we can meet our commitments and make strategic funding decisions that impact the future.
