This year’s One Dream Virtual Event will be honoring Melinda K. Holman, Chairwoman of the Board, Holman Enterprises. Melinda “Mindy” Holman leads the organization in conducting business the Holman Way – by always striving to do the right thing for our people, our customers, and our community. Since joining the business in 1986, Mindy held various leadership positions across the organization before stepping into the role of President and CEO.
Today as Chairwoman of Holman Enterprises, a certified Women’s Business Enterprise, Mindy represents the third generation of family leadership and their strategic vision for growing Holman’s consumer and commercial businesses in alignment with people-first core values and principles.
In all that she does, Mindy embodies and upholds the values established by her grandfather when he opened his first automotive dealership in 1924. The Holman organization is especially committed to supporting community organizations both financially and through personal involvement. In this way also, Mindy leads by example. Her current board affiliations include the United Way of Greater Philadelphia and South Jersey, and Urban Promise International, where she serves at Chair.
