We are so excited to join our local T1D community in Bucks County, PA for an afternoon in the park connecting with other T1D’s and families! Meet other local T1D’s and families who know what you go through on a day to day basis, as well as some of the JDRF staff who can share more information on JDRF events and resources.
Light refreshments will be provided but please bring a picnic lunch if desired.
