“I’m the Game Changer Type” Challenge Presented by Diabetic Equipment and Supplies

JDRF Greater Iowa wants YOU to be the Game Changer Type this Walk season! Fill out the challenge bracket to qualify for the V1P experience on Walk day and earn an exclusive “I’m the Game Changer Type” long sleeve tee. This isn’t your average March Madness bracket. The left side of the bracket includes donation increments that you’ll need to reach V1P status and the right side are fun fundraising ideas to help get you there. Fill in as many as you need to to reach V1P status.

Being a V1P on Walk day is a slam dunk! Your V1P game day experience includes expedited V1P check-in, access to the V1P tent and NEW this year, V1P parking close to the action. Mail a copy of your bracket or send in a photo to the JDRF Greater Iowa office when you’ve reached V1P status.

Beat the buzzer by April 8th, the clock starts NOW! Good luck!

Rules of the Contest:

• Contest runs from March 1, 2019 to April 8, 2019 at 11:59 PM.
• Contest is only valid for participants registered for the JDRF One Walk Ankeny.
• Photo of bracket must be mailed or emailed to JDRF Greater Iowa office and show completed fundraising activities and donation amounts to qualify as V1P.
• V1P status is for individuals who have raised $1,000+.
• All qualifying participants will receive a “I’m the Game Changer Type” long sleeve tee & the V1P experience at JDRF One Walk Ankeny on May 11, 2019.
• 1 shirt per person – sizing available on a first come, first served basis.
