A virtual transition program for high school students with T1D and their parents! In partnership with Cohen Children’s Medical Center Division of Pediatric Endocrinology, current college students with T1D will share their experiences. Join us as you prepare for the transition to college in the fall. For the last part of the program, parents and teens will be separated into breakout rooms for a discussion with the experts.
