Looking to connect with other adults living with type 1 diabetes (T1D?) The JDRF Illinois Chapter is excited to announce our newest community program exclusively for T1D Adults.  

This program aims to provide resources, information, and support through virtual events and networking opportunities. Learn from experts, ask questions, and meet other T1D adults in the community who understand the ups and downs of living with T1D.
