Kentucky Update

Thanks to the support from our local volunteers and T1D stakeholders, we are pleased to announce that Kentucky has made COVID-19 Vaccines available to T1Ds 16+ in Phase 1C. Indiana Update

Hoosiers with T1D who have been hospitalized in the past year are eligible for COVID-19 vaccines. Such individuals should engage their healthcare provider to send proper documentation to ISDH, and then await notification from ISDH when they can register using a unique link or by calling 211 for assistance.
