JDRF is currently seeking Outreach Volunteers for our new T1D Connections Program.  These volunteers will play the lead role in building relationships with newly diagnosed families/individuals. We are looking for individuals who can commit for a 12 month period managing relationships with a minimum of 5 newly diagnosed families/individuals in a 12 month period.  Volunteers would reach out to their assigned family at least once a month, attend JDRF events (as long as your schedule permits), and update your volunteer assignment records in the JDRF online tracking system.
