McKinley has been a tremendous partner to JDRF and specifically the JDRF One Walk – Ann Arbor. In 2014, Founder, Amb. Ron Weiser and CEO, Albert M. Berriz started the McKinley Corporate Challenge and matched all corporate sponsorships to the JDRF One Walk – Ann Arbor dollar for dollar. This Challenge resulted in approximately $500,000 in new donations and contributions to JDRF. In 2016, McKinley is again the Elite Sponsor of the JDRF One Walk – Ann Arbor and the Corporate Co-Chairs of the walk are Royal Caswell III, Senior VP & Managing Director and Mary Williams, Chief of Staff.
