Join the JDRF Mid-Atlantic Chapter (MAC) Ride Team this season!

JDRF Ride to Cure Diabetes, or “the ride” as we call it, is a charitable bike ride that to-date has raised over $55 million for type 1 diabetes (T1D) research. The Ride gives cyclists of all ages and skill levels the opportunity to support breakthroughs that transform the lives of people with T1D, until there is a cure. JDRF Ride isn’t just a bike ride: it’s an experience where thousands of riders come together from all over the world to make new friendships, enjoy the unparalleled camaraderie of the Ride community and raise money to help end T1D.

There are a number of ways for you to get involved this year but they all start with the same first step… join our team!

In-Person Group Training Ride Updates

Exciting news fresh off the press! JDRF in-person group training rides are back! After more than a year of virtual rides we are able to come together in person again. We cannot wait to have our team back out and riding together and we hope you are excited, too.

We will be following USA Cycling Guidelines for group training rides. You can find them here. JDRF also requires all riders who want to join a group ride to fill out and sign a waiver. You only need to fill out this waiver one time for the whole season. The waiver can be found here: https://www.bikereg.com/mid-atlantic-jdrf-ride-to-cure
