On the second Wednesday of each month, JDRF Mid-Atlantic hosts “Bridging the Gap” a meet-up for teens ages 13-18 with T1D. Led by young adults living with T1D, this informal meet-up is an opportunity for teens to connect and talk openly about the challenges and triumphs of living with T1D. Thanks to Carroll Hospital for their generous support of the Bridging the Gap program.
