Get in the game! Hy-Vee and the Omaha Storm Chasers are once again teaming up to honor a “Hy-Vee Kid of the Game.” Hy-Vee will honor one child with type 1 diabetes (T1D) and their family at each home game throughout the 2015 Omaha Storm Chasers season.

If you are interested in having your child serve as the “Hy-Vee Kid of the Game”, please contact Sophie Etter, Development Coordinator at setter@jdrf.org or (402) 397-2873 to reserve your game date. Game dates are available from April – September 2015 and will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis – view the 2015 Omaha Storm Chasers schedule here.

The “Hy-Vee Kid of the Game” will receive four free general admission tickets to take his/her family to one home game, be announced as the “Hy-Vee Kid of the Game”, may have the opportunity to meet the umpires and managers at home plate, and receive a coupon for a free pizza compliments of Hy-Vee. If additional tickets are needed for the game of your choice, general admission tickets can be purchased at the Omaha Storm Chasers ticket office.
