The 2021 JDRF One Walk will once again feature the Mile of Hope with tribute signs showcasing loved ones and T1D champions. You may choose to honor individuals living with type 1 diabetes (T1D) who display courage in the way they face their disease day-in and day-out, or you may choose to honor someone who has worked tirelessly to support individuals and families affected by T1D.

Your personalized message will be printed on an 18” x 24” sign and be displayed on Sunday, October 10th at Mahoney State Park. Additionally, you will be able to take home your sign and display in your front yard!

Only 100 available – tributes will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis!
