Join healthcare providers at Boston Children’s Hospital and MassGeneral Hospital for Children for a presentation on preparing students with type 1 diabetes (T1D) for life at college. This meeting will also include Q&A with current college students and parents as well as separate breakout sessions for our youth and caregiver attendees. The College Diabetes Network (CDN) will also share available resources for successfully managing the challenging transition to independence at college.

Please note: We do recommend separate registrations for our adult caregiver and youth attendees so that we may divide up everyone in advance for the breakout room portion of the presentation.
