Learn about organic farming from Farmer Chris, then join T1D in Action for a three mile run/jog/walk around the farm. This will be an easy exercise to participate in and see how your blood sugar reacts. Others from the group will share how they maintain their blood sugar before, during and after exercise. Come get some fresh veggies for dinner that are organic and local.
