RSVP Today for the Mission and Research Update

Join JDRF Northeast Wisconsin as we welcome guest speaker, Sara Falconer, for a Mission & Research Update.

Sara believes that JDRF plays a critical role in the search for a cure and that research is the key. Her heartfelt message, Hope Must Endure, exemplified by a life fully lived, in spite of, (or perhaps because of), T1D is meant to encourage others to keep believing in a world without T1D. The evening is dedicated to learning about exciting developments in T1D research and how YOUR support is driving discoveries to improve the lives of people with T1D.

New this year, Shane Vondracek, Environmental Education Director from the Apple Creek YMCA will be providing kids aged 3-10 with a hands on and interactive session about the mammals of Wisconsin. We will see, identify and touch various animal furs, learn to identify animals by the shape of their tracks, and make a plaster track to take home. This is a great way for parents to focus on the JDRF Research Update while he entertains the kids!
