The JDRF One Walk  looks a little different this year,
but our focus remains the same: a world without type 1 diabetes.

We’ve been excited to see and share stories from our community highlighting how people are celebrating with their Walk teams and making Walk their own.

Youth Ambassador Sarina shared the story
about why she walks:

Sarina and her team, Sarina’s Shooting Stars, usually walk in New Jersey at Liberty State Park overlooking the NYC skyline. This year, her team has gotten together in New Jersey and New York to walk together and celebrate.

Her team has collectively walked over 100 miles so far!

Sarina’s close friends even put on insulin pods to show their collective support.
