MarketOne Builders selected JDRF as their 2020 beneficiary to support fellow employee Mike Dezonia and his family.  Mike’s son Dylan was diagnosed with T1D this past July at 6-years old.  He arrived at the hospital in a Diabetic Keto Acidosis (DKA) state and shares that ever since that fateful day, it has been a life-changing experience for their family.  “He (Dylan) is completely reliant on us to calculate and provide insulin shots…At a time in his life where he should have no worries in the world, T1D challenges him in many ways.”

Mike joined the JDRF Board of Directors in December and describes as his goal “telling Dylan that I used my voice to help JDRF fund the research that led to his freedom from the burden of his Type One Diabetes diagnosis.”  We hope that you will join Mike, his family and MarketOne Builders in that effort!  Even if you’re not a poker player, you can still support the Dezonia family and other T1D families, just like theirs!  A general admission ticket grants you access to the event, drinks and dinner and an opportunity to cheer for your favorite player!
