JDRF 2022 Promise to Remember Me Campaign

‘Promise” is underway! This grassroots effort provides a meaningful way for the type 1 diabetes (T1D) community to maintain relationships with Members of Congress. JDRF Advocates schedule and conduct meetings in the summer / fall on a state and local level to share their personal connections to T1D – articulating the financial, medical, and emotional costs of the disease.

JDRF TypeOneNation Educational Event October 2nd in Sacramento

On Sunday, October 2, JDRF will hold a TypeOneNation Educational Event at the Sacramento Sheraton. This FREE event will bring together the T1D community for a day of education, inspiration and connection. JDRF NorCal & International Board of Directors Member, Karen Jordan will be our Keynote speaker and give a JDRF Mission & Research Update. You’ll have the opportunity to attend our vendor fair and hear directly from JDRF partners. Lunch will be included. Learn more and register.

At ADA, JDRF-Funded Research Takes Center Stage

At the American Diabetes Association’s 82nd Scientific Sessions, held June 3-7, scientists presented on some of the most important topics, from stem cell-derived cell replacement trials to T1D screening to artificial pancreas technologies, all with the same goal: Ending T1D. Read more.
