NorCal walkers can earn fabulous prizes this week!
The JDRF One Walk raises funds for scientific research to better treat, prevent, and ultimately cure type 1 diabetes (T1D). When you fundraise for JDRF One Walk, you help get us closer to a world without T1D. To thank you for all your hard work, we’re offering some great rewards during Prize Week, October 16-October 21. Starting on October 16th at 9AM PT and ending on October 21st at 12PM PT, take on one or all of the following challenges, and if you win one you will get to choose a prize from the categories outlined below.
Challenge #1 The largest number of donations to an individual walker from October 16 until Friday, October 21 at 12PM PT.
Challenge #2 The most new team members registered for your team between October 16 and Friday, October 21 at 12PM PT. There will be a winner for both Corporate and Family teams.
Challenge #3 The most money raised by an individual walker between October 16 and Friday, October 21 at 12PM PT.
Winners will get to choose their prizes from the following categories:
Sports! Pick from a list of cool merch and collectibles including Raiders gear, a signed Oakland A’s baseball, autographed photos of Roger Clemens, Pedro Martinez or Tyler Rogers.
Wine & Spirits! We’ve got VIP tastings at Cakebread Cellars, Trione Vineyards, Savage and Cooke, Michael David Winery to give away. Or, perhaps a bottle of whiskey or a gift certificate from Wente Vineyards in Livermore will be your choice.
Golf! Hit the greens with a round of golf for four at Sequoyah Country Club in Oakland or a round for two at Sierra View Golf Club in Roseville.
Comedy! We’re not joking – win four guest passes at Laughs Unlimited Comedy Club in Sacramento
Extra Tickets to California’s Great America! EVERY winner will receive FIVE extra tickets to Great America to be used on Walk Day, November 6, 2022.
