JDRF Outreach Volunteer Training

June 25, 2019, Sacramento, CA
5:30 pm - 7:00 pm

JDRF T1D Connections Program Outreach Volunteers (OV) play the lead role in building relationships with newly diagnosed families/individuals – welcoming, supporting, guiding, and connecting them to the larger T1D community and JDRF. In this role, the volunteer is a support, educator, and connector as well as a steward of what will hopefully become a dedicated relationship between the newly diagnosed and JDRF. If you are interested in becoming an Outreach Volunteer for our Chapter, please contact Elizabeth Cejka at ecejka@jdrf.org or 916-576-1379.
