A Note to Corporate Sponsors and Table Hosts: 

We are thrilled to host the 18^th Annual Miracles Gala on Saturday, November 3^rd at the Sawgrass Marriott! Below is important information for you and your guests in preparation for the special evening.  We hope you are ready to enjoy a fantastic evening of helping advance JDRF’s mission of improving lives and curing type 1 diabetes! Where and When: 

Saturday, November 3^rd at the Sawgrass Marriott in Ponte Vedra Beach, located at 1000 PGA TOUR Blvd. The event begins at 6 p.m. with a cocktail reception and fabulous silent auction. Following the reception guests will enjoy a seated dinner, program, entertainment and live auction hosted by Stacy Ellison of Generation W. We will also recognize this year’s Honoree, Bill Hughes Regional Director, Operator for the PGA TOUR Course Properties, with the Living and Giving Award.

Music by The Chris Thomas Band, Dancing and a Coffee Bar will follow the program to cap off an evening of celebration.

Guest Names:

This is a ticketless event, so please make sure that JDRF has all of your guests’ names and contact info on file. If you haven’t provided JDRF your attendees’ names, cell phone numbers and contact info yet, please do so now by emailing Pam at PWilliams@jdrf.org. And, if there’s been a change in who’s attending with you, please let us know that as well.

** If possible to provide mailing address, email addresses and cell phone numbers with names it will help expedite your guests’ check-in experience. This helps with auction check out preparation, post gala thank you letters and more. Thanks for your assistance in advance!

Are Seats Still Available?  

Yes, we do have a few individual seats still available at the rate of $225 and they may be purchased by calling the JDRF office at (904) 739-2101 or online at the gala web site by clicking here.

Attire? 

Attire for the evening is black tie optional. The theme is “One Night in Old Hollywood.” Many will be dressed in cocktail attire; some gentlemen will be in tuxes, but most in suits. There will be some long dresses, some short. However you come, be comfortable and prepared to enjoy the evening.

Parking:

Complimentary valet parking will be available at the Sawgrass Marriott (Convention Center side). Or, if you prefer, you may self-park in the parking lot directly next to the convention center building where the event is held.

Booking a Hotel Room: 

The JDRF Room block at the Sawgrass Marriott is almost at capacity. Book your room soon if you plan to stay by calling 800.457.4653 and let them know you are with the JDRF Miracles Gala.

Bidding: 

Important note: We will be using BidPal, mobile bidding for this year’s silent auction. If we have your cell phone number on file, you will receive an exclusive opportunity to participate in bidding beginning the day before the gala.
