The application to participate in JDRF 2019 Children’s Congress is now available at: http://cc.jdrf.org. JDRF 2019 Children’s Congress, our 11^th biennial event held for children ages 4 – 17 living with type 1 diabetes (T1D) will take place in Washington, D.C. from July 8 – 10, 2019. More than 160 children from across the country and around the world will have the unique and empowering opportunity to share their story with members of Congress to help them understand why research for better treatments and a cure for T1D is so important.

Why should you apply for JDRF 2019 Children’s Congress? In addition to explaining to your congressional representatives what it is like living with T1D, you’ll meet other kids with T1D and hear from JDRF’s Role Model Town Hall panel members who are also living with T1D.

If you are interested in applying to represent the JDRF Rocky Mountain Chapter, complete the online application by November 30, 2018. The application is available at: http://cc.jdrf.org/apply. Children must be between the ages of 4 and 17 at the time of the event to be eligible to apply.
