One Talk San Luis Obispo–Research Update Presented by Thomas Knecht, MD, PhD, FACP

Dr. Knecht was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at age 19. He is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Endocrinology & Metabolism and has over 20 years of experience. He obtained his MD and PhD from the University of California, San Diego School of Medicine and completed his internship and residency at the University of Iowa. Dr. Knecht then completed his Endocrine Fellowship at UCSD School of Medicine. Dr. Knecht currently works in Santa Maria as an Endocrinologist.

One Talk sessions include exciting updates on and information related to type 1 diabetes. In addition, there is an opportunity for members to share their ideas, experiences, and explore ways to enhance their health and lifestyle.
