Anne Sutton– Senior Outreach Manager from Charlotte, NC

*Anne is helping us out with outreach from the Greater Western Carolina Chapter of JDRF*

Anne began her career as a middle school teacher.  When her son Brady was diagnosed with type 1 at the age of three, she left teaching and joined JDRF as a volunteer.  Anne has been an active participant in JDRF ever since, serving in many volunteer roles.  In April of 2015 Anne joined the JDRF staff as an Outreach Manager.  In this position she focuses on creating opportunities for adults and families living with type 1 to engage in JDRF educational, support and mission driven activities.

“I am inspired by the stories of our families and adults living with type 1 diabetes.  Their stories of courage, heroism and bravery push me to help build a stronger community. TOGETHER we will find a cure!”

Now that you’ve met all of the ladies of JDRF Virginia, we hope you feel comfortable to reach out to any of us. We are here for YOU!
