Throughout the year, the JDRF Western Wisconsin Chapter is fortunate to partner with a myriad of organizations. These companies help to drive critical type 1 diabetes (T1D) research and provide outreach opportunities for the T1D community. To recognize the efforts of these sponsoring organizations, our Chapter will be featuring one company a month who supports the JDRF One Walk, JDRF Ride to Cure, the Winter/Spring Galas, or Outreach. The first featured company this month is WPS Health Solutions!

WPS Health Solutions began their partnership with JDRF at the 2017 JDRF One Walk – Madison, where they were a Gold Sponsor. Their involvement stems from one of their employees and JDRF Board member, John Stephens, who’s son, Griffin, was diagnosed with T1D in 2016. Since the diagnosis, WPS Health Solutions has hosted a Jean’s Day to raise money for JDRF, included literature on their intranet about signs and symptoms of T1D to raise awareness, and they continue to sponsor events such as the One Walk and Spring Gala.
