This year the Triangle/Eastern NC Chapter had 14 amazing riders! 2 riders rode the hills in Saratoga Springs and 12 riders beat the heat in Amelia Island, Florida! These dedicated riders have raised $35,722 and counting for T1D research.

As one of our riders Sherry shared, “We’ve all heard the slogan, cycling is not an individual sport – that’s especially true of the JDRF Ride.  It’s true in every single aspect –from the decision to ride to arriving back at home after the ride.  And the most awesome thing about that is every single person who is connected to you- in however small or big way-shares ONE single purpose – Turning T1 to T0.  If you have never been a part of this journey to Ride –you cannot imagine what that truly means.  So sign up to ride and/or support someone who is.”
